Information we may process
When account features are enabled, BrounStack may process account information such as name, email address, role and learning activity required to operate the platform.
Learning data
Student progress, notes, bookmarks and practice results are intended to be stored in Firebase under authenticated user access. BrounStack does not use browser localStorage for this application data.
Internal CRM data
Consultancy CRM records are intended only for authorized internal administration. Public users, employers and candidates do not receive CRM access.
Security
Access is designed around authentication, role-based Firestore rules and protected application routes. No system can guarantee absolute security, so controls may be updated as the service evolves.
